Daily Duties at Value Options:
Responsible for recruitment of new providers. Managed relationships with providers as well as advocates for information and resolutions of issues. Responsible for the administrative operations for Health Plan and Employee Sector Division for all New England States, including New York and Pennsylvania. Strategic planning to establish consistency and collaboration within and across regional operations. Managed and monitored a provider network. Monitored compliance of demographic access standards as indicated in specific account contracts and corporate policies. Provided provider communication and training. Worked collaboratively with clinical and quality management teams to provide quality patient care as well as provider satisfaction. Effectively executed rate negotiations and contract implementation for providers and facilities.
