Daily Duties at United States Army :

Developed and managed recruiting strategies for a 7-person office. Located and prescreen candidates for cultural fit and technical skills. Managed recruitment for all U.S. Army positions; enlisted and officer. Supervised the setup and management of the applicant tracking system. Supervised staff processing and follow-up of all candidates. Presented counselors with qualified candidates. Formulated training policies, programs and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, and changes in procedures or services. Evaluated talent assessments, background checks and drug testing to determine candidate suitability. Interpreted reemployment laws and promoted cooperation between customers and employers to resolve conflicts due to military commitment.
