Managed programs, processes and administrative support for a recruiting district with 38 separate offices, two processing centers, and 130 support personnel. Managed quality control for 2,500 new candidate applications annually. Primary investigator and interviewer for all exceptions to policies, waivers and unsubstantiated background checks. Principal trainer for 48 personnel. Chief advisor to senior leadership concerning daily production activities, administrative processes, communications, and records management. Directed recruitment initiatives, supervised recruitment staff, and selected administrative support staff.
