Provide oversight leadership as Senior Enlisted Advisor and operations expert concerning Army Reserve talent acquisition, recruiting operations and pre-employment activities, supporting 5 separate regional organizations with 9,500 personnel. Guide the development, coordination and implementation of comprehensive program administrative support including policy, program performance, quality assurance, and accountability. Evaluate programmatic efficiency, risk, and recommend solutions. Plan, coordinate, and execute business functions, resource allocation, and production across the organization.
