My responsibilites include obtaining, preparing, and setting up interviews between applicants and client hospitals, recruitment of candidates for client hospitals, extending employment opportunites to applicants, If candidate is extended the offer I send out new hire packets for the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to get them credentialed to start work, Prepare weekly open positions and candidate status reports, Worked a full desk which included full employment cycle. Work extensivily with VP's, Directors, and project hiring Managers to gain understanding of the position requirements. Proven track record of saving hospitals money and candidates time. Write and post job ads on company website to collect candidate resumes and build my desk
