Daily Duties at Premier Home Health Care:
Taking intakes on nee clients. Supervising the aides in the field. Working the the agency nurses to open cases and any concerns that may come about withe the Aides or their patients. Schedule field employees for yearly In-Service and keeping the aides in compliance. The computer and scheduke of the aides are uodated weekly as well if there are any changes.Working with the On-Call service if any problems need to be handled.
