Engineering manager overseeing quality control and assurance. Coordinator for domestic and foreign (Australia, Brazil) suppliers to ensure product quality/delivery. Work directly with OE Customers (GM, Nissan, Kia, Subaru) to create new products and address quality concerns for existing SKU's. Fulfilled requirements for, created and submitted PPAP documentation to OE customers. Achieved ISO certification for distribution/engineering branch. Created and maintained Supplier Scorecard system for US suppliers.
