Daily Duties at Chelsea Family Pharmacy:
Same as mansgerial duties before but took on more responsibilities including hiring and firing employees, payroll, more employees, 2 pharmacists, and 7 technicians. dealt with all the customer service issues and all the employee issues, did payroll, paid bills, contracted with Prescription Benefit Managers, wholesalers, and other vendors, , made all policies and procedures and continuous quality improvement manuals. Developed a technician training manual breakdown of job descriptions and place them in there.place skills here and language in job descriptions
