Primary focus of training development was on a media consultative strategic selling process generating top line revenue, and retention of customers and employees. Identified and assessed the staff’s knowledge, skills and competencies in key print and on-line areas and developed, facilitated, and coached curriculums improving effectiveness and efficiencies of the staff.
