Daily Duties at Idatech:
Pioneered position and its tasks including the creation of project proposals. Oversaw the adherence to ISO 9000 standards and procedures for the sales and marketing departments. Created weekly pipeline and sales forecast reports. Managed the logistics and technical requirements for presentations of IdaTech products at conferences and trade shows. Organized communication between sales representatives in Europe, North America, and Asia. Trained and educated customers in the United States, Asia, and Europe in the use of IdaTech fuel cell systems. Contributed to the advancement and testing of early stage reforming technology and hydrogen purification. Organized and sustained beta fuel cell systems in the field. Spearheaded the development, testing, and qualification of reforming catalysts with various support technologies.
