Daily Duties at Pv Powered:
Technical Services and Support Project Manager Manage a database administration tool resulting in immediate resolution to customer service inquiries. Achieve internal communication through the delivery of weekly product management and sales updates. Create reports for technical support log and provide thorough customer service including the resolution of technological concerns and questions. Spearhead the development of installation manuals, troubleshooting tables, and process flow diagrams. Edit field reports for technical accuracy and schedule field service visits. Lead account resolution and provide assistance to high priority installers. Assist architects, engineers, and installers through the diagnosis of field issues and determining correct product matching. Oversee marketing material for the website, trade shows, and direct mailings to ensure technical accuracy.
