As Plant Manager, responsible for total operations for FDA GMP medical device sterile device manufacturing plant – 40k ft, 80 employees.. Responsible 100% order fill-rate to Customers in highly competitive product market. Managed capacity in 20% annual growth environment via systems innovation, productivity improvement, plant materials and assembly flow modifications and improvement of production line yield. As VP Manufacturing starting in 1987, re-designed organization, recruited managers and professionals to support $130 million revenue base with over 20% annual growth in 7 facility network (11 direct reports and over 350 employees).
