I conducted foreclosure sales, selling bank owned homes that were in default to third party investors. I was responsible for representing the firm in a professional manner, arriving at each court house or jurisdiction on time. I had to qualify investors assuring that they had the correct deposits, cash or certified funds in order to bid on properties. I was also responsible for having buyers understand the contract they would be signing as foreclosure contracts are different from typical real estate contracts. I would call the sale, handle the bidding and sell to the highest bidder or back to the bank. I wrote up the contract, answered questions, took and counted deposits and called in results after each jurisdiction. writing up contracts and taking cash or certified funds.
