Daily Duties at Copart.Com:
Sr Systems Admin for Open Systems (Sun Ops) group. Responsible for monitoring, hardware and software maintenance for 800+ systems running a combination of Solaris 10 and Linux on Solaris x86 platforms. This included insuring and monitoring of backup and storage with Symantic Netbackup. Use of Puppet for configuation management of 800+ systems. Writing Nagios health check modules in PHP for Java applications, MySQL databases, as well as system performance.
