Daily Duties at Mettler Toledo:
Interact with customers, management, other Field Service Representatives, and technical support personnel to ensure superior customer service. Perform installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on customers' weighing, wrapping, printing, and labeling equipment as necessary. Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned. Provide technical support and training on equipment not manufactured by Mettler Toledo for other Field Service Representatives and customers in various other states, as well as assisting triage team in minimizing calls sent to field personnel. Work with sales personnel and customers to help determine cost effectiveness of repairs as compared with replacement or upgrading of equipment.
