Daily Duties at Hope Health:
Clinical Manager of SNF/ALF hospice team consisting of 23 clinicians including RN's, LPN's, MSW's, HHA's and Chaplains. Oversight of scheduling, documentation, clinical meetings and care conferences. Budget management, quality assurance and auditing. Member of Fall&Safety Task Force and Pain Management Task Force. QAPI development and contribution. Insurance claims/denials/authorizations. Staff education and development of educational programs.
