Managed individual and team sales production of a major branch in Charlotte. Responsible for achieving budget, profitability, customer retention and service levels. Accountable for business development of small –medium size companies and high net-worth individuals through outside calling efforts, community involvement, development of referral sources and expansion of existing customer relationships.
