Daily Duties at Ibm:
Senior Financial Analyst Consolidated P&L for Services, Small Medium Business (SMB), and Sectors (Communication, Distribution, Financial Services, Industrial, Public, and Computer Services) across seven SWG brands and six geographies. Collaborated and communicated with executive level finance and sales management for each geography and brand. Responsible for the bottom-up building of the annual budget for revenue and expense based on the target number provided by CHQ. Responsible for sales compensation / commission documentation and analysis. Oversight of $26 billion revenue budget from 2006-2009 for the Software Group (SWG) Organization of IBM worldwide. Served as plan coordinator for consolidating annual revenue budget for SWG, SMB & Sectors. During 2000–2006, oversight of $200 million revenue budget and $175 million expense budget for the Services Organization of IBM worldwide. Performed analytical tasks to bridge variances between revenue performance, budgeting, and forecasts based on geography and software group brand. Created financial models highlighting risk, anomalies, and other financial issues and then communicated findings to clients and team. Performed in-depth review of general business including channel, express products and large Enterprise/midmarket accounts. Provide analysis to track challenges and accelerators related to sales compensation plan to ensure goals are attainable and objectives are met.
