Collaborate with senior management, vendors, business leaders, and teams, partnering to lead the development and execution of learning strategy to enhance individual and organizational performance. Design collaborative and interactive curriculum, conferences, and retreats that exceed client objectives with measurable outcomes. Clients include Tastefully Simple, University of MN, Bremer Financial, West Central Initiative Foundation, and St. Francis Health Services. • Maximize adult learning with the ADDIE model, utilizing a variety of delivery methods, including classroom, one-to-one, case studies, cohort groups, video, online, and train-the-trainer development. • Coach top leaders in One Page Business Plan creation and accountability, providing focus, discipline and results with balanced scorecard emphasis.
