 Accountable for meeting/exceeding business targets: ­ Membership goals were met through the acquisition of new members, through managing sales-related member migration/retention programs. ­ Ensured staff adhered to selling Medicare according to regulations and guidelines.  Planned, prepared, and executed market agent/agency training, product knowledge, new agent orientation.  Coordinated local community outreach meetings.  Created tactical and operational goals for the distribution-channel strategy implementation.  Worked collaboratively and effectively across all sales channels.
