Physician recruitment, physician relationship-building, strategic business development, strategic planning, research, data analysis, and marketing Presentations to independent/employed physicians and their medical staff at hospital Medical Staff meetings; strong platform presentation skills Conduct meetings to present the Community Medical Group to independent, multi-specialty physician groups Increase physician membership in Community Medical Group by over 67% (534 physicians - 896 physicians) Assists in creating marketing material, market research, the company website, quarterly press releases, and databases; highly organized individual Collaborate and negotiate with healthcare vendors and payer partners to provide value to our Community Medical Group physician members
