Provided business system dashboard results and test cases to analyze warehouse data in order to verify changes in forecast categories of service projections on a monthly basis. Reviewed peer Dashboards and Analysis results and provided feedback. Conducted System Audit that verified existing anomalies in provider RX claims results in BI dashboards.
