Daily Duties at Cei:
Met with business owners and provided process improvement consultation for new provider profiling reporting BI/DW tool. Created BI report metrics and data marts for Provider Profiling analysis weekly. Provided business system dashboard results and test cases to analyze warehouse data in order to verify changes in forecast categories of service projections on a monthly basis. Reviewed peer Dashboards and Analysis results and provided feedback. Conducted System Audit that verified existing anomalies in provider RX claims results in BI dashboards.
