Daily Duties at Employers Health Purchasing Coalition:

• Provide clinical support to staff and over 150 clients. • Provide savings analysis of pharmacy claims for current employer members and prospects. • Assist employers with strategies with their medical and pharmacy plan designs. • Design and implement strategies to improve analytics capabilities to support employers. • Provide RFP support via proposal design, vendor analytics and contract review for client renewals and prospect analysis. • Maintain relationship with health plan and pharmacy vendors to ensure employers' data is transmitted. • Sourced a data warehouse vendor, built a data repository with OptumHealth to meet member needs, monitored implementation new warehouse working with 24 medical and pharmacy vendors to pull in data for 28 plan sponsors representing over 300,000 participant lives. • Direct the team managing data, creating reports and user group forums along with managing ongoing data feeds. • Assist in research projects with Medical Director by writing proposals, developing reporting criteria, and analyzing data. • Develop requirements and templates for effective clinical reports and dashboards. Use data and analytics to provide clinical insights in order to improve quality and efficiency. • Assist employers with creating their health management strategies and how to incorporate value based benefit design principles. Develop metrics to measure clinical performance and outcomes for health management and pharmacy programs creating dashboards and scorecards to be utilized by C-suites to evaluate efficacy of various efforts.
