Daily Duties at Trofholz Technologies, Inc.:

Establishes and conducts incoming, outgoing, and student entry briefings, Performs counseling, rehabilitation and training and retraining to ensure students understand that learning English is the priority, Conducts individual and group interviews, Motivates personnel to develop military attitudes, effective human relations, and social skills for improving interpersonal and military relations, Establishes and maintains liaison with the Academics Division in order to keep up to date on student activities, Identifies student status such as problem or exceptional students, Applies counseling techniques and military experience to counsel student with training, military bearing, and behavior problems, Plans, organizes, and directs basic and initial military training.
