Managed Business Resumption Plan for State of Florida, as well as updates and testing for five offices. Actively participated in technology meetings, planned schedules for Florida, and performed system updates.Identified for my leadership, support & resource for the state of Florida. Managed certification process annually for Palm Beach Town Serving requirements with CPA firm.Resolve client issues and handle complaints. Monitor customer float, perform client research issues prior to Fleet acquisition 6/1/2000, maintained Federal & State Labor Law postings statewide, Liaison with (PCG) Private Client Group Product and Development Group and Legal for PCG brochures & updates. Act as state liason for corporate Process & Control Manager (Boston). Ascertain, compile & maintain employee security information. Verify state of Florida Monthly EZREC Account Reconciliations (Federal Reg DD) Audit new account opening files for documentation requirements. Cover overdrafts / make decisions in the absence of the lending department. New offices- chose furniture, paint color, wall coverings, carpet, marble flooring, light fixtures, plants, vaults...
