Commercial, Installment (direct and Indirect) and Real Estate portfolio evaluations for private and public sectors with primary emphasis on asset valuation prior to the client's bid. Reviewed and processed commercial (C&I, Real Estate) loan applications for underwriting standard compliance and completeness of documents. Forwarded loan packages and portfolio proposals to the Bank for final approval. Represented client at closing of loan or portfolio purchase.
