Daily Duties at Access Services:
•Managed lifesharing program for 72 people living with disabilities, 58 provider families, 9 coordinators, 1 secretary and several support staff. Interviewed, hired, trained and supervised coordinators. •Maintained effective communication with county case managers, families, and staff from various agencies which provide support to the individuals. •Supported and monitored provider homes to ensure that they met licensing requirements. •Participated in assessing referrals of potential clients and providers. •Developed individualized and department budgets in collaboration with fiscal department.
