Daily Duties at Person Directed Supports:
•Manage operations for a residential program for 28 consumers and 86 employees. •Manage a 5 million dollar budget. •Facilitate weekly management meetings. •Assure programs meet licensure and certification standards. •Work with Human Resources to ensure policies and procedures are followed. •Manage all program personnel. •Supervise Program Specialists, Program Managers, Scheduling Coordinator, Agency Nurse, and Medical Support Specialist. •Interview, train and hire management team members. •Monitor programs.
