Established and facilitated bi-weekly meetings for 26 associates including Sales, Trust, and Investment Support staff to educate teams on the implementation of new procedures, policies, best practices, and sales techniques to achieve sales goals. Supervised administrative functions for Palm Beach / Treasure Coast support staff encompassing personnel issues, position postings, interviewing, on-boarding, and performance reviews. Maintained, updated, and tested Business Resumption Plans across six Private Bank offices. Act as point person for facilities management.
