Daily Duties at Comtech Networks Ltd:
Responsible for implementation and training of electronic systems including Greenway Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System, SRS Document Management System, and Alteer Practice Management System, and created viable efficient workflow processes and training manuals. Accountable for group and individual training sessions of a wide variety of practices and keeping track of status and critical issues. Worked directly with clients and technicians to coordinate the implementation process with them as well as educate and get them onto the system, as well as provided on-going practice support after the implementation of the systems. Created “Help” documentation for training and development, in addition to creating PowerPoint presentations in support of the sales department.
