Daily Duties at Systems Management Group:
Responsible for Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) Software implementation as well as building and customizing of Progress Note templates remotely and background set-up. Accountable for implementation and support of practice management systems including Lytec Practice Management and the Lytec MD EMR platforms, and Practice Choice EMR Led training and support of IMS (SuiteMed), a fully Integrated EMR System, in addition to implementing Claimmaster (an intermediate program for electronic claim filing), and the QMB Workers Compensation Module (a customized NY Workers Compensation module) claims processor. Charged with effective building of client relationships through trouble shooting and support for EDI transmission and billing problems on several different clearinghouses for patient claims
