Daily Duties at Ge Energy Global Projects :
• Manager of Quality for total quality programs of turnkey self-implementation, partnering and installation projects for GE Wind, Gas, Steam Turbines and Outages for Nuclear Power Plants. Lead Auditor for total quality programs for construction, suppliers and ISO compliance. • Manager of total quality program in civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, erected tanks, fire protection. Turbine generation, Wind turbine Generator, and special design Manager for Certificate of Authorizations for ASME A, PP, U; National Board R and Canadian TSSA B31.1 and B31.3 Programs • Project Manager bubble assignment in product improvement on 26 Gas and 1 Steam Turbine in 5 customer operating plants over 4 different US states • Maintained six quality programs to meet contract for ASME, NB, Canada, EU PED, Turnkey TQM, Equipment Specific and Maintenance requirements • Implemented site direct supplier vendor inspections • Maintain Quality Management System to ISO 9001 Standards • Perform Audits to Governing Codes, Installation processes and ISO Standards • Participated in multiple RCA teams investigating, Hardness, Welding and Heat Processes in 9Cr materials • Personal interface with customers improving relations and quality processes
