Reviewed acquisitions of generating units for compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvement Act. Assessed policies and practices in accordance with applicable regulations adopted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the national energy transmission system and procurement process.
