Provided therapeutic oversight and conducted assessments to determine preparedness of adult female survivors of sexual assault to attend week-long healing retreat. Authored comprehensive clinical manual improving soundness of and defining organization's clinical practices. Served as clinical guide and supporting therapist at survivors' healing retreats. Co-created and implemented new program that provides ongoing assistance and support for survivors.
