Supervised the work of 200 team members, offering constructive feedback on their work performance to meet project goals Spearheaded projects, resulting in patent pending applications. Developed 12 executive presentations and reports to facilitate project evaluation and process improvement. Defined clear targets and objectives and communicated them to other team members. Monitored timelines and flagged potential issues to be addressed. Recommended process and systems improvements for Air Force which instilled improvement for other projects Coordinated design meetings and decisions across internal and external departments and teams.
