Phone Reception for a 4 line phone, Appointment Organization both inbound and outbound calls, and Customer Care.greeted clients as they arrived to drop off cars or receive estimates and help people pick up car and payments. Answered phones and customer service. Arrived at work and organized the days client ready list..Phoned clients to let them know that their car was ready for pick up. Sent faxes to back and forth to insurance companies
