Daily Duties at Foodz Catering:
This has been an ongoing part time gig. Aprox. one event per month.Acalia Events on Queen Anne Ave. Libation Specialist, Party Set Up and Tear Down. Meeting at the event site and unloading the van of food for the kitchen and libations for the bar..Set up bar in a very clear and organized fashion easy for the client to see the choices awaiting for them and making them feel excited to be there. Having a fun and efficient attitude serving anyone who wanted a drink..Mostly wine and beer and sometimes a signature cocktail of the clients wishes..Staying professional at all times and helping with the flow of the event..Crowds up to 200 for all types of events from weddings to charity events..Clean up and pack up left over libations and reloading the van back to the home office..
