Daily Duties at Sephora:

Client Service representation, responsible for tills, inventory and store presentation. Greeting the clients the MOMENT they enter the store and emphasize that I am there to help in any way possible to make their visit easy and imformative, Guide them to the Brand they are looking for or any service they came to experience. Giving them samples of products that are new or helping them find the item with ease and giving them options. As a Fragrance Specialist I guide them to a personalized experience and teach them of the latest fragrances on the market. With a computerized guide I can help them find if they want a Floral or Woody scent that is is personalized to their personalitie. Sending samples with them to try and experience on their own. I also ran the cash register helping clients with returns and purchases and let them know if anyway they are unsatisfied with the product they can easily return their items if not happy. The Beauty Insider program lets clients achieve points with purchase that allow them the latest samples that Sephora has out and the newsletter will sent them updated info on all the above.
