Daily Duties at Red Lion:

Dining room and patio welcoming, seating, overseeing customers needs.I greet clients with enthusiasm and style listening to their needs and finding them appropriate seating. It is my job to be their first immpresion of the establishement they want to experince. Proper ediquite and service with the ability to work with and around others and anydiffult situations that arise. Exeptional organizatonall skill and problem solving is a must, I look ahead to see available and ready seating and estimate waiting times ..Helping out the staff when needed and anwering phones to set up reservations...I keep the Hostess desk extremely clean with fresh flowers and I dress with the utmost attention to fashion and match the surrounding of a fine and fun establishment.I organize the flow of the establshment. I see ahead and communicate with others to follow a flow and plan so noone is overlooked or wait too long before seated or waited on. Greeting the guests personally as they first walk in and say goodbye as they leave. key player in busy times like happy hour and summer months. Played a part in organizing the Pride event that is held there every year.
