Daily Duties at Winstar Pacnet:
Approve, monitor and be the customer's advocate when our company is making any adds moves or changes to our data network. Promoted from Credit Manager when I wrote the Service Level Agreements and learned to reverse engineer circuits on my own to better understand the business and protect the revenue stream.
