North America Credit & Collections Xbox outsourced vendor manger, driving Ingram Micro's collections and customer relations. Working hand in hand with the top 20 Xbox & PC retailers in the United States and Canada. Responsible for reconciling and resolving any matters that could possibly delay payment or product flow while continually looking for efficiencies in the way we did business.
