Daily Duties at First Citizens Bank:
Managed all aspects of operations, regulatory compliance and risk management for a region consisting of over 100 branches in North Carolina and Tennessee. Supervised a team of seven Area Operations Managers, five Area Operations Specialist and their subordinates. Provided strategic input and participated in all initiatives with the Regional Management team related to operational quality, growth of revenue and expense reduction. Managed associates’ talent development, coaching and training needs and performance issues. Engaged in and implemented all projects i.e. technological changes, procedural changes, and any other initiatives affecting the region. Managed efficient staffing levels. Administered customer service levels. Built personal relationships focused on operational excellence, team leadership and leveraging strengths of the team members.
