Appraised and evaluated individual performance • Created requirements management plans, business and system requirements, use cases, screen specifications, process flows, and data mapping requirements • Introduced process improvements and oversaw use of tools such as ReqPro and ClearQuest • Conducted requirements planning and management, requirements elicitation, requirements analysis and documentation (current- and future-state uses cases, software requirements specification, functional and nonfunctional requirements, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), and process flows) and requirements communications • Completed requests for proposal, proposal analysis and summary documentation, product demonstration scripts and evaluation forms, and product demonstration summary documentation for Package Software Evaluation (PSE) project
