Daily Duties at Numira Biosciences:
• Supervise a group of 5-7 scientists with functional oversight of all aspects of histopathology and research and development department. Established performance indicators, operating goals, realignment initiatives, productivity improvements and cost reduction programs that consistently improved turnaround time, quality and customer satisfaction. • As a study director and technical director for a variety of projects. Design full experimental protocols and timeline. The study and technical director have the responsibilities of making initial contact with sponsors, drafting study proposal and cost estimate, ensuring the availability of resources for the study, maintaining communication channels between sponsors, business office and laboratory, preparing interim and final reports, and working as a consultant in client’s project
