Daily Duties at Tiaa Cref:
Support Novell and NT servers with the following: maintain server backups, maintenance schedules and upgrades. Work closely with helpdesk staff and college interns to provide 1st and 2nd level support to desktop users. Oversee Windows patching requirements.
