Led discussions with clients and prospects on desired benefit outsourcing solutions including web/self service, call center, participant communications and back-office administration Supervised all aspects of sales proposal projects - coordination, timelines, review, etc. Maintained CRM (salesforce.com) system and internal sales/competitor tracking database; Provided analytics as needed Evaluated and edited proposals from RFP team to ensure high quality bids were developed Designed sales presentations and supplemental marketing materials for specific benefits outsourcing opportunities Analyzed/Updated sales contract to ensure accuracy for services sold Proposal/Pursuit Manager Developed proposal response database (RFP Machine/Qvidian) and verified RFP data integrity Managed team of two technical writers and support staff responsible for responding to more than 160 HR and sales proposals and pricing requests annually Worked with sales team to evaluate pricing and create assumptions for each custom outsourcing sales bid Provided analysis for sales forecasting RFP Writer Completed comprehensive benefits and HR Outsourcing proposals in response to direct bid opportunities Coordinated all production of bid materials
