Daily Duties at Mattson Technology Inc.:
Worked as a Trainer and preformed Technical Support duty also. Repaired, troubleshoot, training tool and tools on the manufacturing floor. Trained customers in-house and offered on-site training. Maintained twelve month training schedule for customers and mattson employees. Wrote quotes for on-site training at customer location and follow-up for billing customer after training was completed. Also, created data base to track "TSE" Technical Support Engineer and "FSE" Field Service Engineer certification related to skills needed to preform their job safe.
