Daily Duties at Nucore Vision, Inc:
Program Manager and team leadership for the development of a web based Purchase Card Refresher Training Course. This course would serve as refresher training, reinforcing the purchase card user’s knowledge of purchase card regulations and procedures. The course would be administered to approximately 2,800 people in the first year. • Project Manager and staff supervision during the development of a wireless communications vehicle tracking system for the District of Columbia’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS). The system was designed with dedicated IP addresses for security measures and the project task was to outfit approximately 80 FEMS vehicles with Sierra Wireless MP-200 modems with GPS using TAIP protocol. • Provided leadership within the operational management structure while developing new business and managing the business development team. • Under the CEO, managed the company’s quality control program, serves as the client liaison on numerous government IT projects, and monitors contract performance and budgets. • Developed business development strategy while utilizing exiting relationships to position the company for business growth. • Assisted in the design and development of NVI’s recruitment strategies.
