Daily Duties at Failure Free Reading:

Responsible for the Management and Development of new business as a Supplemental Educational Service Provider in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC Public, Private, and Charter School community. Identify procurement vehicles and flexible funding sources within the system for reading intervention solutions sales while managing an 800-student population through the Government’s No Child Left Behind Title I program. The product sales generated through the program increased 97% the first year due to my efforts. I was also responsible for hiring 40 qualified Tutors / Teachers and training them for program implementation and program success through student testing and assessments.
